Teams at Luminor Bank

Manage relationships with High Net Worth clients, provide investment advice and product consultations, support Private Banking growth, brief teams on market developments, represent the bank at client events, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain required licenses.

The analyst will perform risk reports, support risk framework development, conduct investment risk analysis, and manage ESG risks for pension funds.

Manage and grow partner relationships and local support operations to drive retail banking product sales. Lead a team, handle partner sales leads, deliver training on credit and savings, ensure SLAs, compliance (KYC/AML), data quality, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives and events to support partner success and customer satisfaction.
