Supports ICT and security risk assessments, maintains risk and control records, prepares risk indicator reports, tracks remediation plans, maps regulatory requirements to controls, and assists with reporting automation and data-quality checks. The intern also creates documentation, coordinates stakeholder follow-ups, and communicates with IT, security, and risk teams across the Baltic countries.

The role also involves documentation, stakeholder coordination across the Baltics, data-quality checks, and self-learning in regulatory and technical areas.

Improve customer service and sales processes across Baltic channels by designing guidelines, training materials, response templates, and learning content. Use customer feedback, complaints, quality results, mystery shopping, AI tools, and data analysis to identify improvements. Coordinate customer experience initiatives, support training delivery, promote customer-centric practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve service quality, efficiency, and consistency.
