Senior Relationship Manager will be managing the total relationship towards a portfolio of corporate customers according to Luminor values, policies and concepts and will aim to attract and acquire new customers to ensure new business and sustained growth. You will be responsible to secure profitability and sustained growth by optimizing business results and customers satisfaction.

What You Will Do:
  • Perform direct sales to medium business segment clients, servicing by providing actual bank products, identifying new client needs and offering bank solutions

  • Ensure desired income and profitability level of assigned client portfolio and high level of client satisfaction

  • Maintain relationship with existing clients, attract new clients

  • Perform credit analysis, prepare documentation and present to decision makers

  • Monitor credit portfolio quality and initiate timely actions in order to solve problematic cases

  • Plan, deliver and follow-up personal tasks proactively, timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values

  • Contribute to team and company performance through collaboration and information sharing, through your personal energy, enthusiasm and commitment

  • Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions


What We Expect:
  • 1-2 years effective sales and negotiation skills, including client prospecting and pro-active sales or Relationship Manager experience in Corporate Banking

  • Higher degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance or Banking

  • Excellent knowledge of banking products, credit products and financial analysis

  • Very good understanding of credit risk and Credit Policy

  • Advanced sales skills, including client prospecting and pro-active sales

  • Advanced negotiation and presentation skills

  • Analytical skills and Development focus

  • Flexibility and openness to change

  • Cooperation, effective communication and customer focus

  • Readiness to take ownership and strong target orientation

  • Creativity and high integrity

  • Local language (Lithuanian) is must and advanced level of English: fluent in any spoken and written communication within the range of own personal and professional experience

  • Gross salary. 3510 - 5270 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies.

Skills Required
