Own customer onboarding from tenant configuration and alignment through training, troubleshooting, and go-live. Provide first-line post-launch support, resolve issues, escalate appropriately, and maintain product expertise. Improve onboarding and support playbooks, academy content, and documentation while surfacing recurring customer feedback to inform the product roadmap. Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to deliver tailored, effective customer experiences.

Own Luminary’s digital marketing engine, including HubSpot marketing measurement, funnel reporting, attribution, email programs, lifecycle nurture, deliverability, and paid acquisition. Manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, conversion tracking, budgets, testing, and channel expansion. Build dashboards tied to pipeline, CAC, and conversion rates, while partnering with sales, content, design, product, and customer success. The role requires hands-on digital marketing execution in a B2B SaaS or considered-purchase environment.
