Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for Lume and Mando across paid and organic campaigns. Manage creator discovery, outreach, briefs, contracts, content approvals, payments, relationships, performance tracking, reporting, and campaign documentation. Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, PR, Social, Creative, Retail, Affiliate, and E-Commerce teams to integrate creator activity into broader marketing initiatives and build authentic brand awareness.

Leads the shared creator ecosystem for Harry’s, Flamingo, and Lume, overseeing TikTok Shop, affiliate strategy, influencer partnerships, creator infrastructure, engagement programs, budgets, brand safety, and cross-functional execution. The role is accountable for creator growth, revenue, content reuse, ROI, retention, and strong brand partnerships while building scalable systems and high-touch creator relationships.

Lead end-to-end development of headless Shopify storefront initiatives across performance, subscriptions, loyalty, experimentation, and third-party integrations. Set technical direction, ensure secure and reliable production releases, debug across the stack, improve shared frameworks and documentation, align technical decisions with business needs, and mentor engineers. The role partners closely with Product, Growth, Retention, Creative, and Analytics in a revenue-generating DTC environment.

Serves as strategic legal counsel to Finance, People, Technology, and M&A teams. Advises on corporate, commercial, technology, privacy, cybersecurity, AI, employment, finance, transactions, investments, and financings. Drafts and negotiates agreements, manages legal workstreams, develops policies, assesses emerging risks, and trains business stakeholders. Partners with enterprise leadership to provide practical, business-focused legal guidance in a fast-moving environment.

Manage DTC analytics, reporting, dashboards, KPI measurement, A/B testing analysis, and ecommerce performance tracking. Query and analyze data using SQL and BI tools, automate reporting, identify business drivers, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Partner with Product, Engagement, CX, Distribution, Finance, and senior stakeholders to improve decision-making, challenge assumptions, and shape analytics strategy. Apply AI tools to streamline analysis and reporting processes.

Lead consumer learning for Lume & Mando by designing and executing primary research, synthesizing insights across sources, and partnering with brand, innovation, and retail teams to inform strategy, product and communications. Build learning roadmaps, manage multiple studies to timelines, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership to drive brand growth and innovation.

Lead concept and copy for campaigns across social, digital, packaging, retail, and activations; manage and mentor two Senior Copywriters; define brand voice and guidelines; partner with design, content, marketing, and production to ensure creative and commercial effectiveness.
