Develop original campaign concepts and provide visual creative leadership across social, digital, packaging, in-store, and activation channels. Partner with an ACD Copywriter, Design Director, production teams, photographers, editors, and marketing leads. Art direct photo and video shoots, guide animation and video concepts, maintain visual quality, and ensure campaign work aligns with brand identity systems and platform-native creative standards.

Leads cross-functional product programs, especially commercial initiatives and bundles, from scoping through launch. Responsibilities include development planning, timeline management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, supplier and manufacturer coordination, and process improvement. The role partners with product development, marketing, sourcing, operations, quality, finance, design, sales, and supply chain teams to deliver successful product launches in a fast-paced environment.

Leads category strategy and analytics across multiple consumer brands by analyzing market, shopper, competitive, channel, and customer performance. Develops business reporting, identifies growth opportunities, supports strategic projects, answers senior leadership questions, and drives cross-functional consensus. Partners with sales, marketing, finance, operations, demand planning, consumer insights, and data science teams while coaching analytics team members and leading omnichannel initiatives.

Lead and grow internal audit, risk management, and governance: mature the SOX program, implement GRC on the ERP, bring audit automation and AI tools, own ERM expansion, manage audit committee and disclosure materials, and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Legal, and Operations.

Provide high-level executive support to the Digital and Retail leadership team: manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, meeting logistics, offsite and event planning, agendas, notes, and action-item tracking. Anticipate needs, exercise strong judgment and confidentiality, coordinate across global teams and EAs, and drive team engagement initiatives. Support special projects and contribute to EA community best practices.

Lead the visual identity for Lumē and Mando across packaging, digital, retail, and social. Build scalable design systems, drive major campaigns and launches, provide hands-on design work, and mentor a growing design team while partnering cross-functionally to ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution.

Lead consumer learning for Lume & Mando by designing and executing primary research, synthesizing insights across sources, and partnering with brand, innovation, and retail teams to inform strategy, product and communications. Build learning roadmaps, manage multiple studies to timelines, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership to drive brand growth and innovation.

Manage supply planning, develop inventory strategies, optimize inventory levels, collaborate with manufacturers, and improve processes in a CPG environment.

Lead marketing measurement and attribution strategy across the business. Own methodologies (MMM, incrementality), advise executives, translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations, support budget allocation, forecasting, and cross-functional decision-making.

Lead concept and copy for campaigns across social, digital, packaging, retail, and activations; manage and mentor two Senior Copywriters; define brand voice and guidelines; partner with design, content, marketing, and production to ensure creative and commercial effectiveness.
