Own enterprise FP&A processes, including planning cycles, forecasting, budget-versus-actual reporting, long-term planning, and Board materials. Maintain and enhance the corporate three-statement model for scenario analysis, liquidity planning, capital allocation, and growth planning. Lead strategic financial analyses and diligence requests while partnering with corporate leaders, Accounting, Treasury, Strategy, and executive stakeholders. Improve reporting and planning processes through automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Lead influencer marketing strategy and execution for Lume and Mando, including creator casting, briefings, content approvals, gifting programs, contract negotiations, and campaign recaps. Collaborate with Brand, Social, PR, Growth, Events, Creative, Retail, Affiliate, and E-Commerce teams to amplify launches and cultural moments. Analyze creator performance and translate insights into recommendations for future partnerships and content optimization.
