Own the brand’s growth engine, P&L, revenue, customer acquisition, CAC, channel mix, creative strategy, paid media, offline channels, TikTok Shop, and affiliate growth. Lead a cross-functional brand pod, allocate budgets, oversee performance creative, set social commerce direction, and partner with brand, ecommerce, product, retail, and finance teams to achieve growth and contribution-margin targets.

Lead end-to-end development of headless Shopify storefront initiatives across performance, subscriptions, loyalty, experimentation, and third-party integrations. Set technical direction, ensure secure and reliable production releases, debug across the stack, improve shared frameworks and documentation, align technical decisions with business needs, and mentor engineers. The role partners closely with Product, Growth, Retention, Creative, and Analytics in a revenue-generating DTC environment.

Serves as strategic legal counsel to Finance, People, Technology, and M&A teams. Advises on corporate, commercial, technology, privacy, cybersecurity, AI, employment, finance, transactions, investments, and financings. Drafts and negotiates agreements, manages legal workstreams, develops policies, assesses emerging risks, and trains business stakeholders. Partners with enterprise leadership to provide practical, business-focused legal guidance in a fast-moving environment.
