Lead a cross-functional core platform team owning backend, frontend, infra, and release lifecycle for an agentic AI product. Drive roadmap, architecture reviews, reliability, monitoring, incident response, cross-environment parity (including air-gapped/classified deployments), and hiring/mentorship.

Own and steward a cross-audience design system and brand architecture. Prototype and ship AI interaction patterns, translate designs into production React/TypeScript, and maintain information hierarchy in dense analytical surfaces while ensuring accessibility (WCAG).

Lead and scale end-to-end recruiting across functions and levels, own executive search and cleared-hire pipelines, design hiring processes and build a high-performing recruiting team while owning employer brand and ATS operations.

Provide high-trust executive support to the CEO: manage calendar, inbox, travel, and meeting prep for USG/IC/DoD, primes, investors and partners; coordinate classified visit logistics and secure travel; handle sensitive communications and board/investor materials; own cross-functional executive projects and event/offsite coordination.

Design and implement the intelligence layer for an agentic AI platform: LLM integrations, agent orchestration, MCP servers, tool interaction frameworks, and agentic memory across vector, text, graph, and filesystem stores. Produce traceable, verifiable outputs and build production-ready systems and evaluation tooling.

Own infrastructure reliability, scalability, and developer experience: author IaC (OpenTofu/Terraform), design/manage Kubernetes and Helm charts, architect CI/CD, implement observability (Grafana/Prometheus/OpenTelemetry), manage secrets and production networking, optimize container builds, and maintain developer tooling across environments.

Build and maintain Python-based integration connectors and MCP servers enabling agents to access diverse data sources across commercial cloud, on‑prem, and air‑gapped environments. Ensure secure, well-tested, high-performance integration code and support onsite troubleshooting of air‑gapped Kubernetes deployments while meeting classified-environment security and audit standards.
