Build and ship production AI features for intelligence analysts, including agent behaviors, retrieval pipelines, tool integrations, orchestration, and analyst-facing interfaces. Design evaluation datasets, graders, regression suites, and failure-analysis workflows for nondeterministic model outputs. Own model-call reliability, latency, cost, fallbacks, observability, distributed systems, and deployment operations. Collaborate with field engineering teams to incorporate classified-deployment feedback into product improvements. This is an onsite New York City role.

Build and own a React and TypeScript frontend for agentic AI analysis tools. Responsibilities include streaming conversation interfaces, workflow and knowledge-graph visualizations, frontend architecture, state management, shared components, performance, accessibility, testing, and offline operation in air-gapped classified environments. Collaborate with analysts and forward-deployed engineers to turn field feedback into product improvements. This is an onsite Arlington, Virginia role.

Lead end-to-end delivery of a classified, air-gapped software platform: plan deployments, run onsite build-and-deploys (~50% travel), build operational systems, manage customer relationships, and ensure programs meet milestones, budgets, and compliance for DoD/IC environments.
