Build and operate the company PMO, overseeing program governance, cross-functional dependencies, customer onboarding, executive dashboards, risk resolution, and PMO tools and processes. The role coordinates Engineering, Product, and GTM teams across Israel and the United States, manages delivery rhythms and handoffs, and establishes scalable program management practices in a fast-growing technology startup.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, infrastructure, and system integration issues across cloud and hybrid deployments. Configure and maintain servers, operating systems, virtual machines, storage, and network components. Monitor performance, support incident response, validate hardware and software, develop diagnostic automation, and collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product, and field teams to improve reliability and documentation.

Own day-to-day supply chain and logistics for global hardware deployments. Manage inventory, domestic and international shipments, receiving, documentation, couriers, freight, and 3PL workflows. Establish scalable processes, playbooks, operating rhythms, and customer programs while coordinating closely with Solutions Engineering, Support, Operations, and Sales to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Lead positioning, GTM strategy, and product launches for Lumana's AI-first video security platform. Translate technical capabilities into clear messaging, enable sales and channel teams, gather market and customer intelligence, drive cross-functional alignment, create customer-facing content and thought leadership, and advocate customer needs to influence roadmap and product priorities.

Build and optimize Lumana's hybrid edge platform across diverse hardware: implement video management, low-latency real-time processing, secure edge-cloud communication, collaborate with AI/ML teams to deploy models on-device, perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
