Establish scalable processes, playbooks, operating rhythms, and customer programs while coordinating closely with Solutions Engineering, Support, Operations, and Sales to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Lead positioning, GTM strategy, and product launches for Lumana's AI-first video security platform. Translate technical capabilities into clear messaging, enable sales and channel teams, gather market and customer intelligence, drive cross-functional alignment, create customer-facing content and thought leadership, and advocate customer needs to influence roadmap and product priorities.

Build and optimize Lumana's hybrid edge platform across diverse hardware: implement video management, low-latency real-time processing, secure edge-cloud communication, collaborate with AI/ML teams to deploy models on-device, perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
