Teams at Lumana

Build Lumana’s U.S. enterprise Customer Success function from the ground up while managing strategic accounts. Lead technical onboarding, product adoption, customer health monitoring, QBRs, value realization, churn mitigation, renewals, and expansion readiness. Establish scalable processes, playbooks, operating rhythms, and customer programs while coordinating closely with Solutions Engineering, Support, Operations, and Sales to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Build and manage Lumana’s local, regional, and national channel partner ecosystem. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding partners, delivering enablement and training, coordinating joint go-to-market initiatives, managing partner performance, resolving issues, identifying growth opportunities, and reporting results to leadership. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, and product teams and requires up to 30% travel across the U.S.

Design web and mobile product experiences from problem definition through implementation. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces; collaborate with Product, Engineering, leadership, and customer-facing teams; present and defend design recommendations; conduct testing and refinement; support implementation; and contribute to the design system.
