Own people programs, HR systems, compliance, onboarding, performance management, employee development, engagement, and employee relations. Oversee recruiting strategy and hiring operations while partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams. Develop scalable people processes, coach managers, and foster accountability and continuous improvement in a fast-growing, in-person environment.

Identify and lead hardware and on-scanner software product opportunities through market, customer, competitor, and internal capability research. Define product configurations and features, prototype concepts, quantify user needs, develop business cases, and recommend go/no-go decisions. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and product teams to guide capabilities from discovery through commercial success.

Serve as the technical lead in B2B sales cycles for industrial CT solutions. Conduct technical discovery, design evaluations and proofs of concept, deliver demos, develop ROI cases, scope deployments, and coordinate handoffs to Customer Success. Partner with Account Executives, Product, Engineering, and customers to address inspection and quality challenges while sharing field insights and creating reusable technical collateral.

Leads Lumafield’s communications and brand strategy, including company narrative, earned media, CEO visibility, conference placements, owned editorial, social media, creative direction, website experience, and team management. The role is responsible for building executive and company visibility among enterprise buyers, investors, policymakers, engineers, and technical audiences while developing a high-performing creative team and measurable editorial program.

Provide hands-on IT support across offices, troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and workplace technology, and manage device lifecycles, MDM, SaaS platforms, identities, access, endpoint security, and compliance controls. Maintain server racks, networking, conference room technology, and enterprise systems. Improve IT processes through automation, reliability enhancements, documentation, and scalable operational practices while supporting technical and non-technical employees.

Designs, prototypes, deploys, and supports high-performance on-premises infrastructure for air-gapped and edge computing environments. Responsibilities include server, storage, networking, power, rack architecture, benchmarking, provisioning automation, Kubernetes operations, security hardening, documentation, and manufacturing handoff. The role partners with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Field Services to turn prototypes into repeatable products and support deployed systems.

Lead Lumafield’s software organization and own the Voyager SaaS platform end to end. Responsibilities include setting technical direction, driving architecture through release, scaling platform engineering across cloud and edge infrastructure, managing reliability and cloud costs, developing engineering leaders, hiring, establishing operating cadence, and owning software security and compliance. The role requires hands-on executive leadership in a startup environment, with accountability for customer outcomes, uptime, deployment, and organizational growth.

Own collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, revenue recognition, sales tax, finance systems, and accounting process improvements. Manage AR performance and cash conversion, oversee Ramp and NetSuite integrations, support month-end close and audits, and build scalable, controlled workflows using automation and AI tools. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, vendors, customers, and external auditors while supporting revenue operations in a growing hardware and software company.

Manage global sourcing and supply chain activities for electromechanical hardware products. Partner with engineering on component procurement, develop vendor relationships, mitigate supply risks, drive cost reductions, manage budgets, and ensure supplier performance on quality, cost, and lead times. The role also supports NPI, DFM feedback, supplier audits, overseas vendors, logistics, technical drawings, and GD&T.

Leads Lumafield’s technical customer support function, managing and developing the team while owning issues from initial response through resolution. Responsibilities include troubleshooting across hardware, firmware, Linux applications, and cloud services; conducting root-cause investigations; improving support systems, reporting, and data management; coordinating escalations with Engineering and Product; and partnering with Customer Success on account health and at-risk customers.

Lead end-to-end delivery of customer solutions combining hardware and software. Define scope and requirements with customers, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and risks, and drive process improvements and scalable delivery frameworks. Serve as the main technical and programmatic contact for stakeholders.

Manage day-to-day operations of Cambridge office, maintain supplies, facilities coordination, shipping/receiving, onboarding support, and event logistics. Provide a polished workplace experience, proactively identify improvements, handle hands-on tasks (lifting, moving furniture), and travel occasionally (10–20%) to Everett. Partner with Facilities Manager and People Team to ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and vendors.
