Lead Lumafield’s software organization and own the Voyager SaaS platform end to end. Responsibilities include setting technical direction, driving architecture through release, scaling platform engineering across cloud and edge infrastructure, managing reliability and cloud costs, developing engineering leaders, hiring, establishing operating cadence, and owning software security and compliance. The role requires hands-on executive leadership in a startup environment, with accountability for customer outcomes, uptime, deployment, and organizational growth.

Own collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, revenue recognition, sales tax, finance systems, and accounting process improvements. Manage AR performance and cash conversion, oversee Ramp and NetSuite integrations, support month-end close and audits, and build scalable, controlled workflows using automation and AI tools. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, vendors, customers, and external auditors while supporting revenue operations in a growing hardware and software company.

Manage global sourcing and supply chain activities for electromechanical hardware products. Leads Lumafield’s technical customer support function, managing and developing the team while owning issues from initial response through resolution. Responsibilities include troubleshooting across hardware, firmware, Linux applications, and cloud services; conducting root-cause investigations; improving support systems, reporting, and data management; coordinating escalations with Engineering and Product; and partnering with Customer Success on account health and at-risk customers.

As a Systems Software Engineer, you will develop software for in-line CT scanning products, focusing on performance, embedded systems, and collaboration with other teams. Responsibilities include writing firmware and applications, integrating hardware, and ensuring quality.

You will lead hardware development for industrial CT scanners, handling system architecture, component selection, prototyping, and testing and validation processes closely partnering with engineering and product teams.

Provide day-to-day IT support across offices; manage device lifecycle and endpoint/identity infrastructure; administer Google Workspace, Rippling, MDM and security tooling; support server rack/network hardware and AV systems; assist SOC 2/ISO 27001/ITAR compliance; automate IT processes and improve systems for scale.

Lead end-to-end delivery of customer solutions combining hardware and software. Define scope and requirements with customers, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and risks, and drive process improvements and scalable delivery frameworks. Serve as the main technical and programmatic contact for stakeholders.

Customer-facing ML engineer who develops, validates, and deploys 2D/3D computer-vision models on CT data for defect detection, dimensional analysis, anomaly detection, and process control. Responsibilities include scoping projects with customers, end-to-end model lifecycle (training, deployment, monitoring, retraining), collaborating with product and engineering to productize solutions, and producing technical documentation. ~30% travel to customer sites.

Manage post-sale customer lifecycle for industrial accounts: onboard, drive adoption, quantify ROI, run business reviews, mitigate churn, and grow revenue through upsell and expansion while partnering with engineering, quality, and operations teams.

Manage day-to-day operations of Cambridge office, maintain supplies, facilities coordination, shipping/receiving, onboarding support, and event logistics. Provide a polished workplace experience, proactively identify improvements, handle hands-on tasks (lifting, moving furniture), and travel occasionally (10–20%) to Everett. Partner with Facilities Manager and People Team to ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and vendors.
