Lead the product strategy and end-to-end delivery of co-branded and embedded funding products for commercial partners and affiliates. Own and optimize Lula’s paid search accounts across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Responsibilities include account takeover, campaign audits, conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, quality-focused bidding, keyword and audience management, testing, budget pacing, reporting, and presenting performance. The role focuses on improving funded customers, approval rates, cost efficiency, and downstream financial outcomes through collaboration with Analytics, HubSpot, CRO, Product, and Creative teams.

Leads profitable digital customer acquisition across paid media, SEO, GEO, website, and application conversion. Owns the full funnel from demand generation through funded customers, optimizes campaigns using deep-funnel outcomes and unit economics, builds an in-house digital team, and partners with Brand, CRM, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Credit. Drives experimentation, attribution, conversion improvement, and performance reporting.

Build, validate, deploy, and monitor predictive machine learning models in production. Analyze large datasets, design experiments, create dashboards, and translate business questions into actionable insights for product, operations, finance, marketing, and credit teams. Establish data science standards, improve data quality and documentation, and collaborate with data and analytics engineers. The role also involves model monitoring, retraining, software engineering practices, and mentoring or technical guidance.

Provides advanced technical support across phone, email, and live chat; resolves escalated hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues. Manages ITSM processes, incident/problem/change management, root-cause analysis, IT projects, office networking, security access, vulnerabilities, IT assets, suppliers, and service-level improvements. Also trains support staff and maintains technical knowledge, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Own the platform foundation for a fintech innovation pod, including Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Dockerized workloads, deployment safety, observability, and production database migrations. Diagnose live incidents, manage configuration and secrets, collaborate with Data Engineering, and document systems for handover to production teams.

Lead identification, validation, and execution of new growth opportunities through partnerships, markets, and products. Own pipeline, close and scale partner deals, run pilots/MVPs, track partner performance and metrics, and work cross-functionally to ensure commercial execution and revenue outcomes.

Own and rapidly build polished, production-credible frontend interfaces for AI-native products. Maintain design system and UI primitives, handle interaction quality, integrate with backend APIs, and use AI-assisted tooling to iterate autonomously in a small innovation pod.

Manage end-to-end B2B sales for SME funding (R10k–R500k), convert high-volume applications, analyze bank data for credit decisions, scale exposure for qualifying clients, maintain portfolio retention, and keep an accurate, data-led sales pipeline and forecasts.

Own the Credit Platform product backlog, prioritize initiatives, evaluate business cases, and translate stakeholder requirements into clear engineering deliverables. Partner with business operations, delivery teams, and Engineering to plan and launch features within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. Drive iterative product development using lean and MVP principles, remove blockers, manage stakeholder alignment, and evaluate progress throughout the development lifecycle.

Design, deploy, and modernize credit risk models and strategies (scorecards, affordability, pricing, take-up, profit). Monitor portfolio performance, define data-driven policies and test frameworks, and support credit insights to optimize funding, compliance, and profitability.
