Design, deploy, and modernize credit risk models and strategies (scorecards, affordability, pricing, take-up, profit). Monitor portfolio performance, define data-driven policies and test frameworks, and support credit insights to optimize funding, compliance, and profitability.

Manage, optimise, and report on paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other channels focused on lead generation and ROI. Conduct A/B tests, refine audience targeting and landing pages, build dashboards, collaborate with creative/product teams, and assist budget pacing to improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Manage end-to-end B2B sales for SME funding (R10k–R500k), convert high-volume applications, analyze bank data for credit decisions, scale exposure for qualifying clients, maintain portfolio retention, and keep an accurate, data-led sales pipeline and forecasts.

Design and maintain an end-to-end dbt analytics layer: build governed, consumption-ready models, enforce data quality and semantic layers, partner with stakeholders, mentor engineers, and ensure performant system design.

Own and rapidly build polished, production-credible frontend interfaces for AI-native products. Maintain design system and UI primitives, handle interaction quality, integrate with backend APIs, and use AI-assisted tooling to iterate autonomously in a small innovation pod.

Owner of HubSpot CRM architecture and data governance: manage database health, user governance for 120+ users, design complex automations and custom objects, maintain bi-directional integrations (Zendesk, Snowflake, Apollo, Twilio, Convertflow), troubleshoot sync/API issues, and build dashboards to drive commercial insights and optimize tool ROI.

Lead identification, validation, and execution of new growth opportunities through partnerships, markets, and products.
