Supports credit underwriting by evaluating client credit and financial data, assessing lending risk, preparing credit notes, recommending approval outcomes, and handling underwriting overrides. Manage end-to-end B2B sales for SME funding (R10k–R500k), convert high-volume applications, analyze bank data for credit decisions, scale exposure for qualifying clients, maintain portfolio retention, and keep an accurate, data-led sales pipeline and forecasts.

Own the Credit Platform product backlog, prioritize initiatives, evaluate business cases, and translate stakeholder requirements into clear engineering deliverables. Partner with business operations, delivery teams, and Engineering to plan and launch features within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. Drive iterative product development using lean and MVP principles, remove blockers, manage stakeholder alignment, and evaluate progress throughout the development lifecycle.

Build, deploy, and scale production machine learning systems. Improve ML infrastructure, real-time data systems, reliability, throughput, and latency. Collaborate with data scientists on model training while applying software engineering practices, DevOps, data engineering, CI/CD, testing, automation, containerization, cloud infrastructure, and MLOps tooling.

Owner of HubSpot CRM architecture and data governance: manage database health, user governance for 120+ users, design complex automations and custom objects, maintain bi-directional integrations (Zendesk, Snowflake, Apollo, Twilio, Convertflow), troubleshoot sync/API issues, and build dashboards to drive commercial insights and optimize tool ROI.

Design, deploy, and modernize credit risk models and strategies (scorecards, affordability, pricing, take-up, profit). Monitor portfolio performance, define data-driven policies and test frameworks, and support credit insights to optimize funding, compliance, and profitability.
