Supports credit underwriting by evaluating client credit and financial data, assessing lending risk, preparing credit notes, recommending approval outcomes, and handling underwriting overrides. Collaborates with credit management to improve decision-making and portfolio performance, contacts clients when needed, manages multiple tasks, and develops expertise in the lending platform and full credit lifecycle, including collections.

Own the platform foundation for a fintech innovation pod, including Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Dockerized workloads, deployment safety, observability, and production database migrations. Diagnose live incidents, manage configuration and secrets, collaborate with Data Engineering, and document systems for handover to production teams.

Lead identification, validation, and execution of new growth opportunities through partnerships, markets, and products. Own pipeline, close and scale partner deals, run pilots/MVPs, track partner performance and metrics, and work cross-functionally to ensure commercial execution and revenue outcomes.
