Own the platform foundation for a fintech innovation pod, including Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Dockerized workloads, deployment safety, observability, and production database migrations. Diagnose live incidents, manage configuration and secrets, collaborate with Data Engineering, and document systems for handover to production teams.

Lead identification, validation, and execution of new growth opportunities through partnerships, markets, and products. Own pipeline, close and scale partner deals, run pilots/MVPs, track partner performance and metrics, and work cross-functionally to ensure commercial execution and revenue outcomes.

Manage and re-engage a portfolio of SME clients dormant 12+ months via outbound multi-channel campaigns. Diagnose dormancy causes, run re-onboarding, refresh documentation, analyze churn signals, track retention KPIs, and coordinate with operations and sales enablement to restore product usage while ensuring compliance and transparent customer communications.
