Provides omnichannel customer support for lending and onboarding journeys across phone, email, and chat. Resolves customer issues, meets service-level and performance targets, maintains regulatory compliance, communicates application updates, and identifies workflow improvements. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, multitasking, customer relationship management, and financial-services knowledge.

Lead the product strategy and end-to-end delivery of co-branded and embedded funding products for commercial partners and affiliates. Define and prioritize roadmaps, translate partner requirements into product specifications, collaborate with engineering and design teams, analyze customer data and feedback, measure ROI, ensure release quality, and manage external partner relationships in collaboration with Business Development.

Own and optimize Lula’s paid search accounts across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Responsibilities include account takeover, campaign audits, conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, quality-focused bidding, keyword and audience management, testing, budget pacing, reporting, and presenting performance. The role focuses on improving funded customers, approval rates, cost efficiency, and downstream financial outcomes through collaboration with Analytics, HubSpot, CRO, Product, and Creative teams.
