Source and evaluate deeptech inventions in climate and circularity, assess technical, market, and impact potential, support university agreements and venture team selection, and coordinate invention-to-venture onboarding. The role also involves building academic and industry networks, supporting new ventures, and helping shape BigCircle Ventures during its growth and international expansion.

Build scalable data architectures and pipelines for API, batch, event, and streaming sources. Develop aggregation, preprocessing, governance, security, and lifecycle processes; support cloud OLTP and OLAP workloads; and integrate machine learning and analytics components, including MLOps. Collaborate with data science and application development teams to create, deploy, monitor, and maintain secure data solutions using AWS, containerization, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD.

Lead the global commercial function for a neuroscience-focused CRO, developing go-to-market strategy, building the client pipeline, securing complex life sciences contracts, managing key partnerships, and creating scalable commercial infrastructure. The role also involves hiring and leading the commercial team, implementing CRM and forecasting processes, improving proposal workflows, and aligning neuroscience capabilities with client needs.

Lead the transformation of a neuroscience research organization into a scalable, market-leading CRO. Responsibilities include setting growth strategy, securing biotech and pharmaceutical contracts, developing standardized services, scaling operations and teams, managing P&L and pricing, strengthening market positioning, and engaging investors, partners, and clients. The CEO will bridge scientific capabilities with commercial opportunities while driving recurring revenue, operational excellence, and global expansion.
