Supervise manufacturing activities and support the Operations Manager to meet engineering specs, schedules, quality, cost, and safety goals. Provide technical coaching, resolve processing and production flow issues, train employees, validate production reporting, and enforce safety and quality systems while suggesting efficiency improvements.

Lead and supervise press brake operators to meet production, quality, and safety standards. Set up and program press brakes, validate ERP production data, monitor performance, coordinate preventative maintenance, train staff, report uptime/downtime, and drive continuous process improvements.
