Supports new product introduction and production of sheet metal and fabricated products. Designs parts, assemblies, fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing aids in SolidWorks; develops offline CAM programs for CNC laser and press brake equipment; creates forming processes and production routings; reviews drawings for manufacturability; and troubleshoots fabrication, tooling, dimensional, and process issues on the production floor.

Develops inspection plans, reviews critical characteristics, manages PPAP submissions, leads corrective actions, and ensures products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements. Partners with customers, suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing to reduce defects and support product launches through production. Performs quality analysis, dimensional inspection, process capability studies, and final product release activities in fabricated metal, welding, machining, assembly, or automotive manufacturing environments.
