Lead hands-on Salesforce development and integrations for Quote-to-Cash: build Apex, triggers, flows, data model, REST/webhook integrations with billing (Stripe/Recurly/Zuora) and provisioning systems; transition platform ownership from an MSP to in-house, establish governance, and partner with RevOps/Finance to deliver scalable QTC solutions.

Lead end-to-end Americas revenue operations: own forecasting, CRM health, territory and quota design, pipeline analytics, GTM process optimization, and cross-functional alignment to translate pipeline into predictable revenue.
