Lead LucidLink’s transition from manual QA to an automation-first model. Build platform-wide automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD, expand coverage across authentication, file systems, SDKs, back-end infrastructure, and desktop, mobile, and web platforms. Establish testing standards, quality metrics, risk-based planning, and reliable release signals while mentoring distributed QA engineers and influencing engineering practices without direct authority.
