Owns the design, implementation, operation, and optimization of Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code. Manages Kubernetes, observability, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, incident response, root cause analysis, and cloud cost management. Acts as the senior technical authority for platform and DevOps practices, mentors engineers, and supports reliable, secure, auditable production systems.

Manage and grow enterprise B2B accounts through consultative selling, relationship management, pipeline management, contract execution, and quota attainment. The role owns account retention and expansion, conducts customer visits and sales presentations, prepares proposals, tracks CRM activity, and reports on revenue and customer satisfaction. Approximately 30% travel across the U.S. is required, along with cross-functional collaboration and participation in industry events.
