The role coordinates with project managers, procurement, AP, fixed asset accounting, tax teams, auditors, and leadership to ensure accurate project cost tracking, compliance, and financial visibility across regulated entities.

Lead and support mergers, acquisitions, financings, refinancings, and other corporate transactions for LS Power’s private equity team. Responsibilities include due diligence, negotiating transaction documents, investment committee materials, closing and post-closing integration, and collaboration with finance, tax, regulatory, accounting, asset management, energy management, and investor relations teams.

Provides strategic leadership for renewable energy marketing and trading across U.S. power markets. Oversees market analysis, commercial strategies, asset valuation, acquisitions, hedging, risk management, and complex trade documentation. Develops predictive models using statistical and econometric analysis, guides third-party generation strategies, and mentors team members. Requires extensive power-industry leadership, programming knowledge, analytical expertise, and experience managing trading, structuring, and energy-market initiatives.

Analyze power and commodity markets to identify trading, hedging, and acquisition opportunities. Oversee third-party commercial strategies for generation assets, evaluate trade and hedge positions, support asset valuations and revenue underwriting, structure trading documentation, develop regional power-generation hedging strategies, and apply statistical and econometric analysis to power and gas data while maintaining risk-control compliance.

Build and deploy automation workflows, AI-enabled tools, and production-ready applications using LLM APIs and agentic frameworks. Translate business processes into scalable technical solutions, integrate enterprise systems and SaaS platforms, and collaborate with operators, analysts, leadership, and central IT. Provide training and documentation, support security and governance reviews, and contribute to shared AI development standards across business units.

Lead acquisition, construction, and refinancing transactions across development and private equity platforms. Manage debt execution, lender relationships, diligence, documentation, financial models, syndication materials, fund-level and corporate financings, interest-rate hedging, financing exposure monitoring, market intelligence, and rating agency processes from initiation through closing.

Supports the Project Executive and project team across large energy infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence and meeting minutes, managing project documentation, processing invoices, coordinating legal and contract support, assisting with schedules and reports, supporting real estate transactions, arranging meetings, maintaining contact databases, and assisting with public outreach. The role is full-time in-office, involves regular stakeholder collaboration, and may include travel and advancement opportunities.

The OT Network Security Engineer supports 24/7 operations for the Bulk Electric System. Responsibilities include maintaining NERC/CIP compliance, configuring and managing network devices, securing SCADA infrastructure, troubleshooting network security issues, analyzing logs and events, responding to incidents, supporting development projects, and coordinating across teams. The role requires on-call participation, crisis management, strong communication, and experience in transmission utility or SCADA environments.

Manage IT and OT projects across infrastructure, EMS, software, storage, networking, and IAM/PAM initiatives. Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, risk plans, reports, and statements of work. Supports private equity investment and portfolio management activities across energy infrastructure, including financial modeling, due diligence, transaction structuring, financing, market research, investment committee materials, and portfolio company initiatives. Collaborates with internal energy, legal, tax, accounting, and asset management teams on acquisitions, refinancings, development, and monetization opportunities.

Supports evaluation and development of electric transmission projects through opportunity research, preliminary project concepts, engineering analyses, transmission line design using PLS-CADD, technical documentation, cost estimates, risk assessments, and competitive proposals. Coordinates with internal specialists and external consultants, manages assigned work, verifies analysis quality, and applies approved AI tools while independently checking results.

Supports acquisition, construction, and refinancing transactions across energy infrastructure and private equity platforms. Responsibilities include lender coordination, diligence, financing documentation review, financial modeling, lender presentations, syndication materials, fund and corporate financings, interest-rate hedging, market intelligence, and rating agency support. The role requires strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of debt capital markets, project finance, leveraged finance, credit analysis, and transaction structuring.

Monitor and influence wholesale electricity market policy across North American RTOs and ISOs. Analyze regulatory proposals, FERC proceedings, and market-rule changes; translate their commercial and investment implications; advise development, asset management, and trading teams; prepare leadership briefings; build relationships with regulators, market operators, and industry participants; and support stakeholder strategies and company positions.
