Supports the full employee lifecycle, including payroll, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, performance management, investigations, HRIS data integrity, onboarding, compensation, talent management, compliance, and HR process improvement. Serves as a trusted HR resource to employees and managers while providing operational support across the organization.

Supports monthly accounting close for power generation entities by processing accounts payable, preparing journal entries, managing cash and treasury reconciliations, tracking inventory and fixed assets, amortizing prepaid and financing costs, preparing tax files, reconciling balance sheet accounts, maintaining documentation, and supporting audits. The role requires accuracy, organization, analytical skills, proficiency with Excel and ERP systems, and foundational knowledge of US GAAP and general ledger accounting.

Owns project accounting for generation development projects, including month-end close, CWIP reconciliation, capital cost tracking, variance analysis, cash forecasting, budgeting, reporting, audit support, and financial controls. Partners with project managers, procurement, AP, treasury, tax, investors, and senior leadership. Maintains accurate project cost structures in Dynamics 365, identifies financial risks, supports asset transfers, and improves reporting through Power BI and AI-powered tools.
