Supports the full investment lifecycle, including financial modeling, returns and valuation analysis, business diligence, industry research, investment committee materials, transaction execution, and portfolio company performance tracking. Works with senior investment team members, management teams, lenders, legal advisors, accounting firms, and other third parties to evaluate acquisitions, financings, and value-creation opportunities in specialty contracting businesses.

Oversee daily office operations, lead and mentor a small administrative team, maintain policies and workflows, coordinate onboarding and training, manage vendors, supplies, and facilities support, and assist leadership with projects and communications. The role promotes operational efficiency, professionalism, collaboration, and a positive workplace environment.

Serves as Patriot Hydro’s senior in-house legal advisor and leads regulatory affairs across its hydroelectric portfolio. Responsibilities include commercial contracting, FERC licensing and compliance, environmental and utility regulation, disputes, corporate governance, transactions, stakeholder engagement, and outside counsel management. The role advises senior executives, oversees regulatory personnel and consultants, and develops consistent legal and compliance controls across facilities and jurisdictions.
