Teams at Lower

Manage daily subscription payment operations, monitor billing activity, triage payment issues, and own SOP creation and maintenance. Ensure data accuracy across Chargify/Maxio and Salesforce, resolve payment failures, communicate with customers, and drive process improvements to reduce recurring issues and improve recovery performance.

Lead the Borrower Experience product end-to-end: define strategy and roadmap, prioritize using customer data and business goals, write detailed requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, improve funnel conversion and self-service, and present progress to executives.

Lead the design and evolution of core services and systems for Lower's digital mortgage platform, mentor engineers, and drive technical initiatives for scalability and customer experience.
