Build and optimize high-performance Vue 3 and Node.js SSR applications for a large-scale real estate marketplace. Responsibilities include improving Core Web Vitals, hydration, rendering, caching, JavaScript runtime performance, SEO, and scalability. The role involves profiling applications, implementing SSR/CSR strategies, writing tested code, reviewing architecture, mentoring engineers, collaborating across teams, and using AI-assisted development tools.

Develop and maintain automated web and API tests using Playwright, TypeScript, and related tools. Expand regression, smoke, integration, and release-validation coverage; investigate failures; perform exploratory testing; document defects; and collaborate with QA, engineering, product, and design teams. Support CI/CD test integration, troubleshoot flaky tests, validate financial and mortgage workflows, and improve automation practices and product reliability.

Design and own scalable data warehouse components, ingestion pipelines, dbt models, marts, and reusable data assets using Snowflake and related technologies. Lead complex initiatives, troubleshoot production pipelines, improve data quality and architecture, collaborate with business and BI stakeholders, and mentor engineers. The role also involves using AI-assisted development tools and supporting reporting, analytics, and executive decision-making.
