Design and own scalable data warehouse components, ingestion pipelines, dbt models, marts, and reusable data assets using Snowflake and related technologies. Lead complex initiatives, troubleshoot production pipelines, improve data quality and architecture, collaborate with business and BI stakeholders, and mentor engineers. The role also involves using AI-assisted development tools and supporting reporting, analytics, and executive decision-making.

Lead and develop a software engineering team while remaining technically engaged in architecture, code and design reviews, debugging, delivery planning, operational support, and engineering quality. Partner with Product, Design, QA, and engineering leadership to prioritize work, manage risks, remove blockers, support career growth, hire engineers, and improve development practices, reliability, security, observability, testing, and AI-assisted engineering productivity.

Leads architecture and evolution of scalable distributed systems across engineering teams. Drives technical initiatives from design through delivery, improves developer productivity and platform reliability, mentors engineers, establishes engineering standards, manages technical risks and tradeoffs, and influences long-term technology direction. The role requires full-stack development expertise, strong systems fundamentals, cross-functional leadership, and experience with modern cloud, web, database, DevOps, and AI-assisted development technologies.
