Teams at Lower

Lead the Homeownership product workstream end-to-end: define strategy and roadmap, write detailed requirements, prioritize using data and business goals, align cross-functional teams, unblock delivery, and measure success by home claim rate, engagement, and conversion into Lower mortgage products. Present progress to executives.

Administer and optimize Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) and dialer platforms; manage integrations, data quality, reporting, vendor relationships, migrations, and user enablement; identify and implement process and performance improvements to support high-velocity DTC sales and contact center operations.

Manage daily subscription payment operations, monitor billing activity, triage payment issues, and own SOP creation and maintenance. Ensure data accuracy across Chargify/Maxio and Salesforce, resolve payment failures, communicate with customers, and drive process improvements to reduce recurring issues and improve recovery performance.
