Owns financial control and accounting activities, including month-end and year-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial information integrity. Provides financial insight, stakeholder support, and constructive challenge across the business. The role also involves coaching junior colleagues, improving processes, and supporting finance automation and modernization initiatives during a 16-month fixed-term contract.
