Provides hands-on employee and colleague relations support to managers and team leaders, handling complex disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance cases. Builds manager capability, offers practical guidance, balances colleague experience with policy and business risk, identifies trends, and drives improvements in a fast-paced operational environment.

Speak with customers by telephone about debt accounts, understand their financial circumstances, establish affordable payment plans alongside litigation processes, respond to queries, and conduct regular payment reviews. The role requires meeting KPIs while supporting potentially vulnerable customers compassionately. A five-week training program is provided, with hybrid work in Leeds and a rotating Saturday shift.

Designs and governs scalable BI and data platform architecture across Nordic operations. Responsibilities include defining solution patterns, architecture standards, documentation, data governance, access management, security, data quality, lineage, monitoring, and compliance. Provides technical leadership and mentoring while partnering with infrastructure, security, IT, and data teams. Requires strong expertise in modern BI platforms, data warehousing, Azure, Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake, Data Factory, and platform administration.
