Hands-on Controller responsible for end-to-end accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, controls, cash/banking/payroll/tax coordination, AP/AR and multi-entity reconciliations. Build and document finance workflows, manage a Senior Accountant, and progressively automate and govern work through an AI finance operator (Claire). Deliver reliable closes, maintain integrity/compliance, reduce manual work, and evolve finance systems and controls.

As an Account Manager, you will own partner relationships, drive growth through SEO and paid ads, and enhance customer experience across three levels, focusing on retention and revenue expansion.

You will design and configure AI systems and automation workflows across domains including customer experience, marketing, and operations, focusing on strategic tasks while intelligent systems execute operational work.
