Own and evolve Lovevery’s global e-commerce and digital parent-experience applications, including product discovery, CMS, cart, checkout, fulfillment, and APIs. Architect scalable frontend systems, improve security, reliability, performance, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure, and guide platform and vendor decisions. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Mobile teams, use AI-assisted development, establish engineering standards, and mentor teammates.

Drive annual strategic planning, evaluate and model new business opportunities, communicate strategic priorities to executives, investors, and the board, and own growth initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage milestones and KPIs, support revenue-generating initiatives, and help implement AI across the organization. The role requires strategic thinking, data analytics, financial acumen, strong communication, and effective stakeholder management.

Manage complex and escalated customer cases from initial contact through resolution, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance. Triage safety-related reports, document trends, support quality reviews, and serve as an internal resource for edge cases. Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and maintain precise records while navigating multiple digital platforms.
