Provides licensed practical nursing care in an assisted living enhanced-care unit. Coordinates residents’ health needs, manages medication orders, maintains clinical documentation, monitors changes in condition, supervises care staff, supports training and scheduling, and ensures compliance with New York State regulations. The role requires resident and family communication, case management, staff oversight, physical assistance, and rotating weekday and weekend shifts.

Provides overnight clinical supervision across three assisted-living units, directing nursing and direct-care staff, managing coverage, assessing resident changes, overseeing medication practices, auditing records, handling incidents, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering training, and reporting to the Director of Nursing. The role is hands-on, requiring frequent rounds, emergency response, resident-care support, documentation review, and quality and survey readiness activities.
