Responsibilities include coordinating resident health needs, managing medication orders, charting, monitoring changes in condition, supervising medication technicians and care staff, supporting resident care, coordinating providers and families, ensuring regulatory compliance, and participating in staff training and scheduling.

Provides licensed practical nursing care in an assisted living enhanced-care unit. Coordinates residents’ health needs, manages medication orders, maintains clinical documentation, monitors changes in condition, supervises care staff, supports training and scheduling, and ensures compliance with New York State regulations. The role requires resident and family communication, case management, staff oversight, physical assistance, and rotating weekday and weekend shifts.
