Assists senior engineers with electrical calculations, equipment sizing, cable and panel design, lighting, earthing, low-voltage, and BMS requirements. Prepares electrical BOQs, cost estimates, technical specifications, SLDs, wiring and block diagrams. Coordinates with vendors, tracks assigned tasks, and submits calculations and drawings for review. Requires familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, electrical system analysis, industrial power systems, and IEC standards.

Supervise electrical site execution from drawing review and material verification through installation, testing, commissioning, documentation, and handover. Coordinate contractors, clients, vendors, project teams, and other disciplines; monitor quality, safety, manpower, progress, measurements, risks, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and statutory requirements. Prepare reports, as-built drawings, completion records, and billing inputs while providing technical guidance and resolving site issues.

Coordinates vendor visits, export packing, inventory verification, CBM and container planning, warehouse dispatches, logistics documentation, and stock tracking. Prepares Proof of Export documents and trackers, verifies invoices and purchase orders, coordinates with Accounts and Technical teams, resolves discrepancies, and uploads approved records while meeting strict deadlines.

Designs electrical and instrumentation systems for industrial projects, including load calculations, single-line diagrams, equipment sizing, panel and cable schedules, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, and cable trays. Uses AutoCAD and DIALux, prepares technical specifications, BOQs, cost estimates, and procurement documentation, coordinates vendors and project teams, resolves site issues, and supports installation while meeting project timelines.

Supports project and trading sales by registering inquiries, coordinating with engineering, suppliers, customers, accounts, purchasing, and logistics teams, preparing and revising offers, tracking orders, and collecting feedback. Manages marketing material procurement and inventory, event and visit logistics, customer couriers, sales and marketing reports, and related documentation. Requires strong communication, negotiation, organization, CRM, Microsoft Office, vendor coordination, and customer engagement skills.
