Own LottieFiles’ user growth system across acquisition, activation, retention, and marketing channels. Lead positioning, product marketing, lifecycle, SEO, paid growth, community, and developer marketing while building a multidisciplinary team. Establish growth metrics, dashboards, operating rhythms, experimentation, and channel efficiency. Partner with Product and Engineering on activation and first-run experiences, and with leadership on growth strategy. The role requires scaling product-led growth for a design, creative, or developer-focused SaaS product.

Build and operate LottieFiles’ platform systems, including a Federation v2 GraphQL gateway, gRPC services, authentication integrations, and developer tooling. Improve developer experience through golden paths, schema workflows, code generation, documentation, and platform enablement. Enhance observability, scalability, security, resilience, latency, and reliability across distributed cloud systems. Collaborate with engineering, product, DevOps, and vendors, resolve incidents, and mentor teammates.

Own developer marketing for LottieFiles APIs, SDKs, AI-assisted motion tools, agent workflows, and open-source projects. Responsibilities include creating documentation, quickstarts, samples, positioning, launch content, and developer listings; improving first-run activation; partnering with Engineering on developer experience and documentation accuracy; measuring developer adoption; and encouraging internal use of developer tools. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on technical developer audiences rather than brand campaigns, paid acquisition, or enterprise sales.
