The Senior Data Analyst will deliver end-to-end analytics, including data pipelines, dashboards, experiments, and stakeholder insights. They will partner with Commercial, Finance, Product, and leadership to identify growth opportunities, improve marketplace and product intelligence, support financial and board reporting, and enable self-service analytics. The role also involves coaching colleagues, applying AI tools to analytics workflows, and translating complex analysis into clear business recommendations.

Own Lottie's analytics function end to end, including data strategy, stack management, analytical modeling, data quality, and stakeholder alignment. Deliver commercially focused insights to leadership, support marketplace and product analytics, improve matching and growth decisions, and establish a strong data culture. The role requires hands-on SQL and pipeline work, clear communication with executives, independent prioritization, and daily use of AI-powered analytical workflows.
