Six-week paid internship with the intention to hire permanent. Support AR collections, finance operations, AP processing, month-end close tasks (reconciliations, journals), VAT support, and onboarding. Drive process improvement and automation using AI/tech, manage collections system (Chaser), and assist on ad-hoc finance projects and reporting.

Owner of AR collections and finance operations: manage invoice chasing, AP processing, reconciliations, journal entries and month-end support. Onboard partners, support VAT and billing accuracy, maintain the finance inbox, and drive automation and process improvements using technology and AI. Assist with ad-hoc projects and reporting.

Act as first-line product expert for Found and Lottie marketplace via live chat and email, resolve escalations the AI cannot, maintain and improve the knowledge base, reproduce and hand off bugs to Product/Engineering, track support KPIs, and onboard new care-provider partners.
