Join as the first Intern Product Expert to provide frontline support via live chat and email, escalate unresolved AI-agent cases, write and maintain knowledge base content, reproduce and report product bugs, and feed patterns to Product and Engineering to improve the CRM. This is a hands-on internship with path to permanent hire.

First dedicated product support contact for Found: respond to live chat and email, resolve escalations the AI Agent cannot, create and maintain knowledge base content, reproduce and hand off clear bugs to Product/Engineering, track support metrics (SLAs, CSAT), onboard partners, and feed product improvements based on ticket patterns.

Own end-to-end growth experiments for a marketplace: implement and iterate A/B tests, build conversion-focused front-end experiences, automate Google Ads and send performance signals to improve ad targeting, and maintain rapid test pipelines working autonomously within a lean team.
