Leads sales and business development by creating sales strategies, setting targets, cultivating relationships with financial institutions and credit unions, presenting value propositions, developing pricing structures, and positioning repossession services competitively. The role is hybrid or remote and requires regular overnight travel to client sites and occasional travel to Natchez, Mississippi.

Provides on-site call center support for clients and vendors in a collateral recovery operation. The role requires solving problems, communicating clearly by phone and in writing, maintaining attention to detail, using computer systems, and delivering dependable customer service. Employees work second or third shifts and are expected to demonstrate integrity, punctuality, initiative, strong decision-making, and a commitment to learning and career growth.

Account Coordinators will be trained on services, manage client information, verify data, and assist clients via phone and email, ensuring accuracy.

Coordinate post-repossession logistics and documentation, process redemptions, keys, titles, and invoices, reconcile payments, communicate with agents/clients, maintain records, ensure regulatory compliance, support month-end billing and identify process improvements.
