Provide hands-on Windows domain and network administration, maintain servers and Microsoft 365/Exchange Online, manage networking services (DNS/DHCP/IP), support desktops and mobile devices, secure systems, perform backups/upgrades, and deliver user support and crisis troubleshooting.

Account Coordinators will be trained on services, manage client information, verify data, and assist clients via phone and email, ensuring accuracy.

Coordinate post-repossession logistics and documentation, process redemptions, keys, titles, and invoices, reconcile payments, communicate with agents/clients, maintain records, ensure regulatory compliance, support month-end billing and identify process improvements.
