Account Coordinators will be trained on services, manage client information, verify data, and assist clients via phone and email, ensuring accuracy.

Coordinate post-repossession logistics and documentation, process redemptions, keys, titles, and invoices, reconcile payments, communicate with agents/clients, maintain records, ensure regulatory compliance, support month-end billing and identify process improvements.

Coordinate post-repossession workflows including transportation, redemption, key services, title and release documentation. Communicate with agents, lenders, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure SLA compliance, process invoicing and reconciliations, maintain records in company systems, and support regulatory and client requirements while identifying process improvements.
