Provides executive leadership for the County Information Technology Department, overseeing infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, staff, budgets, vendors, policies, service delivery, and strategic technology planning. The Director aligns IT initiatives with countywide business needs, manages large-scale systems and projects, ensures compliance and security, develops staff, monitors performance and expenditures, and advises County Administration and the County Board.

Provides clerical and customer support for economic assistance programs, including greeting clients, answering phones, explaining eligibility and application processes, scheduling appointments, processing applications, scanning case documents, maintaining records, preparing reports, supporting data entry, and coordinating calendars and meetings. The role requires confidentiality, sound judgment, strong organization, accurate computations, computer proficiency, and compassionate communication with clients, including those in crisis.
