Own full enterprise sales cycle for Lorikeet's AI support automation: prospect, qualify, close, and expand mid-market and enterprise accounts. Partner with product and implementation teams for onboarding, establish sales processes and playbooks, provide market feedback to inform roadmap, and exceed revenue targets selling to technical and business stakeholders.

Build AI-first customer support product features end-to-end: design, implement, and ship production systems; work closely with coding agents; create tooling and feedback systems; collaborate across teams to define UI/UX and data models.

Own North American pipeline targets and build the demand generation function: design and run events, webinars, executive programs and integrated campaigns, set channel targets and budgets, build tracking/attribution/reporting, partner tightly with Sales, iterate channel plays, and define the long-term demand gen playbook.

Own forecasting, operating models, and dashboards to guide strategic decisions. Partner on headcount planning, budgeting, pricing, and investor communications. Track SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, burn), run scenario analyses, lead strategic projects, and build financial systems and reporting to inform product, GTM, and operational tradeoffs.

Own full enterprise sales cycle to win mid-market and enterprise customers for an AI-first support automation product. Develop deep customer insights, build relationships with technical and business stakeholders, partner with product and implementation teams for onboarding, create sales processes and playbooks, provide market feedback, and meet revenue targets through new acquisition and expansion.

Work alongside the Co-Founder & CEO and Chief of Staff to run founders' operations: prepare executive and investor briefs, coordinate leadership forums and events, triage requests, build scalable processes and playbooks, synthesize cross-functional inputs to drive decisions, and develop deep product and business domain expertise to support demos, CRM deals, and subscriber issues.

Own financial models, forecasts, and scenario planning. Partner on headcount, budgeting, pricing, and investor/board reporting. Build dashboards and reporting systems, track revenue, costs, and SaaS metrics, run cross-functional analyses, and lead strategic initiatives to improve unit economics and decision-making.
