As a Software Engineer, you will develop innovative customer support AI solutions, working with an experienced team to create an AI-first SaaS product. Responsibilities include shipping code and owning challenging technical problems in a collaborative environment.

Build and own the go-to-market tech stack and AI-native automation workflows that convert market signals into qualified pipeline. Architect integrations, enrichment, ICP scoring, lifecycle automation, dashboards linking GTM activity to revenue, and deduplication/data hygiene. Partner with CRO on GTM strategy and help scale the GTM team.
