Lead implementation plans, executive relationships, procurement and security reviews, product adoption, retention, and expansion. Investigate customer problems using APIs, logs, and usage data; build, test, and deploy improvements; and partner with engineering and product teams. Coach other forward-deployed product managers and create repeatable playbooks based on cross-customer insights.

Own strategic enterprise customer deployments of Lorikeet’s AI support product, from implementation through expansion, retention, and measurable business outcomes. Partner with executives and engineers, investigate product issues using APIs, logs, and usage data, build and deploy improvements, navigate procurement and security reviews, identify new use cases, influence the product roadmap, and coach other forward-deployed product managers.
