Provides warm customer service in a hospital-community gift store, operates POS transactions, maintains a clean and stocked sales floor, follows merchandising guidelines, opens and closes the store, and follows company safety policies. Requires flexible scheduling, dependable attendance, prolonged standing, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Prior retail, hospitality, customer service, or volunteer experience is preferred.

Lead multi-unit retail operations: drive sales, hire and train staff, manage inventory and merchandising, ensure KPIs and operational compliance, handle customer escalations, and travel between home and area stores (50% travel).
