Leads clinical care and daily operations for a high-acuity short-term rehabilitation unit. Oversees assessments, care planning, admissions, documentation, discharge planning, quality metrics, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Supervises, mentors, and develops nursing staff; manages competencies, staffing issues, unit expenses, and performance improvement initiatives. Provides or assists with direct resident care and ensures adherence to nursing standards, policies, and safety requirements.

Leads daily PACE site operations and interdisciplinary care planning, supports quality and regulatory compliance, oversees staff and services, manages complaints and corrective actions, and assists with policy, budgeting, process improvement, and personnel decisions. Serves as acting site leader when the Director is absent while promoting participant-centered care, staff development, teamwork, and operational effectiveness.

Supervises evening nursing operations and clinical staff in a long-term care setting. Oversees resident assessments, care planning, direct patient care, physician orders, documentation, compliance, quality initiatives, staffing, scheduling, education, and employee development. Ensures regulatory adherence, manages departmental operations within budget, coordinates interdisciplinary communication, and supports safe, high-quality resident outcomes.
