Provides day-to-day HR and labor relations support in a unionized healthcare environment. Responsibilities include interpreting collective bargaining agreements, managing grievances, supporting investigations and hearings, coordinating unemployment claims, training managers, maintaining labor records, conducting employee engagement activities, and partnering with HR, legal, leadership, and unions to ensure compliance and resolve workplace concerns.
