Supports recruitment through resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave data, HR documentation, training coordination, payroll support, and basic HR queries. Also assists with customer calls, emails, CRM updates, project information, internal coordination, and post-sales communication under guidance.

Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and applications. Translate business requirements into ERP solutions, build reports and workflows, integrate third-party APIs, optimize PostgreSQL databases, troubleshoot issues, support upgrades and deployments, and collaborate with functional teams while maintaining code quality and documentation.

Manage social media platforms, Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, SEO, lead generation, content publishing, campaign tracking, performance optimization, and reporting. The role requires a marketing-related bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years of digital marketing experience, knowledge of digital advertising and SEO tools, and strong communication and analytical skills.
