Own roadmap and execution for the BOXED.gg product, driving onboarding, games, retention, monetization, and live operations. Define core metrics, translate customer insights into strategy, and partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, CX, and Ops to ship high-quality consumer features.

Design and scale backend systems, lead architecture discussions, develop APIs, and ensure system reliability and security, while mentoring others.

Operate and scale People Ops programs: own onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave administration, HRIS data and audit readiness, compliance, and employee/manager partnership. Build processes, improve employee experience, and support managers across a remote, growing company.

Lead the companys finance function: build forecasting and financial models, manage month-end close and GAAP compliance, reconcile inventory and COGS, implement controls and ERP tooling, support budgeting, headcount planning, and investor-ready reporting while partnering with leadership to guide financial strategy and contingency planning.
