Own the BOXED.GG product strategy, roadmap, customer journey, economy, inventory pipeline, and strategic initiatives. Drive business and customer outcomes through data-driven prioritization, analytics, experimentation, customer research, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires defending product decisions, partnering closely with senior engineering and design teams, improving activation, retention, monetization, and referrals, and solving problems across marketing, growth, fulfillment, and support.

Own the BOXED.GG product roadmap, economy, customer journey, inventory pipeline, and strategic initiatives. Set product direction, prioritize revenue-impacting work, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, define experiments, and collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, fulfillment, support, and other teams. The role requires strong product judgment, technical credibility, customer empathy, scrappiness, and accountability for business and customer outcomes.

Lead the companys finance function: build forecasting and financial models, manage month-end close and GAAP compliance, reconcile inventory and COGS, implement controls and ERP tooling, support budgeting, headcount planning, and investor-ready reporting while partnering with leadership to guide financial strategy and contingency planning.
