Own Loora’s complete B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, pilots, negotiations, and closing. Build and manage a pipeline, engage L&D, HR, Talent, and education decision-makers, refine customer messaging and sales processes, document a repeatable sales playbook, and provide market feedback. This founding sales role requires building the sales engine from the ground up while selling an emerging AI language-learning product.

Own Loora’s B2B product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, ICP development, customer research, competitive intelligence, pricing insights, sales enablement, and global go-to-market launches. Build the product marketing function from scratch, translate pilot results into commercial proof points, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and the B2B GM to establish a repeatable growth motion.

Build and ship performant web product features for an AI English tutor, business dashboards, acquisition funnels, SEO, and the company website. Translate Figma designs into responsive interfaces, improve the component library, optimize web and mobile performance, maintain test coverage, and make independent technical decisions. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and non-technical stakeholders while using AI coding tools and occasionally contributing to backend Python code.

Design and develop scalable, asynchronous Python backend services and REST/gRPC APIs powering real-time AI conversations. Architect low-latency, fault-tolerant systems; optimize performance, databases, workload distribution, and reliability. Collaborate with AI/ML, mobile, DevOps, and product teams, while supporting CI/CD, Kubernetes, AWS deployments, observability, and high-volume production workloads.

Build and scale outbound motion to identify, engage, and qualify enterprise accounts worldwide. Generate qualified pipeline via personalized high-volume outreach, manage CRM and prospecting workflows, partner with Sales/Marketing/Product, and meet KPIs for meetings booked and pipeline.

Build and maintain production backend services and data pipelines (batch & streaming) powering analytics, experimentation, and AI training. Own data modeling, quality, schema evolution, observability, and reliable access. Collaborate cross-functionally to define data contracts, orchestration, and operational reliability for Loora's data platform.

Lead architecture and development of scalable, low-latency backend services powering real-time AI conversations. Build and optimize asynchronous Python systems (APIs, audio/text processing), ensure reliability and observability, collaborate across teams, drive technical decisions, mentor engineers, and manage CI/CD deployments on AWS/Kubernetes.
