Own end-to-end manual testing across iOS, Android, and web; create test plans, execute tests, document and manage bugs, validate fixes with engineers, lead regression testing, and investigate product quality issues to ensure high-quality releases and strong UX.

Lead and own the Android codebase, build low-latency real-time audio/video conversational flows, optimize rendering and performance, integrate AI/backend services and on-device inference, maintain CI/CD and mentor Android engineers to deliver polished, scalable mobile experiences.

Build and scale outbound motion to identify, engage, and qualify enterprise accounts worldwide. Generate qualified pipeline via personalized high-volume outreach, manage CRM and prospecting workflows, partner with Sales/Marketing/Product, and meet KPIs for meetings booked and pipeline.

Lead the Retention Squad to define and execute retention strategy, prioritize roadmap, run experiments (A/B tests), analyze cohorts and funnels, partner with AI, design personalization and habit mechanics, and drive long-term engagement and business metrics.
