The role also supports US GAAP adoption, subsidiary-to-general-ledger reconciliations, process improvements, and cross-functional accounting activities. It requires strong Excel skills, accounting expertise, attention to detail, and at least seven years of experience.

Oversee multi-entity accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, fixed assets, lease accounting, internal controls, audits, tax filings, budgeting, and ERP improvements. Partner with executive leadership, ensure US GAAP compliance, and lead the development of accounting staff. Support acquisitions and strategic initiatives while improving processes, automation, and financial systems.

Leads omnichannel digital marketing across social, programmatic, retail media, and in-store channels. Develops content and campaign strategies, oversees paid media and agencies, analyzes performance using GA4, drives optimization and attribution, manages social engagement and digital merchandising, and partners cross-functionally to increase customer acquisition, revenue, foot traffic, basket size, and brand equity.

Leads multi-entity accounts payable operations by overseeing invoice and payment workflows, resolving discrepancies, maintaining vendor records, reviewing subledgers, supporting period-end close, enforcing accounting controls, and improving AP processes. Guides AP staff, assigns priorities, monitors workflow throughput, coordinates with vendors and internal departments, reconciles vendor accounts, and exercises independent judgment on payment and exception issues.

The HR Coordinator supports daily HR operations across multiple locations, including employee inquiries, onboarding, Form I-9 verification, employment verifications, EDD requests, separation paperwork, compliance initiatives, and confidential HR record maintenance. The role manages HRIS data, supports HR projects, and maintains accurate employee files while providing professional, customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.
