Provide administrative and facility support for the corporate office and store locations, including office operations, shipping/receiving, facilities requests, paperwork audits, EBT reconciliation with PDI, recruiting support, inventory counts, and general HR/field assistance.

Lead day-to-day accounts payable operations across multiple entities: verify invoices, resolve discrepancies, maintain vendor records, reconcile accounts, enforce cutoffs, support period close, and coach AP staff while improving workflows and internal controls.

Lead multi-entity accounting operations including AP/AR, GL, fixed assets, lease accounting, and month-end close. Ensure accurate GAAP financial reporting (ASC 606, ASC 842), manage audits and tax filings, drive ERP and process improvements, partner with leadership on budgeting and analysis, and mentor accounting staff.

Lead omnichannel digital marketing across social, programmatic, retail media, and in-store channels. Develop content and campaign roadmaps, manage agencies, optimize with GA4 analytics, drive customer acquisition and loyalty, and partner cross-functionally to increase foot traffic, basket size, and brand equity.
