Supports HR operations and regional HR partnership across multiple retail locations. Responsibilities include onboarding, separations, HRIS administration, employee relations, leave and workers’ compensation administration, performance management, recruiting coordination, compliance, training, reporting, and manager support. The role requires knowledge of California employment law, confidentiality, strong communication, and regional travel.

The Senior Accountant supports corporate accounting, general ledger and month-end close, financial reporting, journal entries, account reconciliations, audits, tax filings, internal controls, fixed asset accounting, and planning processes. The role also supports US GAAP adoption, subsidiary-to-general-ledger reconciliations, process improvements, and cross-functional accounting activities. It requires strong Excel skills, accounting expertise, attention to detail, and at least seven years of experience.

Oversee multi-entity accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, fixed assets, lease accounting, internal controls, audits, tax filings, budgeting, and ERP improvements. Partner with executive leadership, ensure US GAAP compliance, and lead the development of accounting staff. Support acquisitions and strategic initiatives while improving processes, automation, and financial systems.
