Leads cross-disciplinary engineering decisions across propulsion, avionics, structures, GNC, software, manufacturing, and integration. Partners with program management, mission assurance, government customers, and executives to manage risks, technical reviews, readiness, and configuration control. Mentors engineering leaders and establishes scalable technical governance.

Leads system-level engineering for the Cyclops interceptor, owning requirements, architecture, interface definitions, traceability, configuration control, and verification planning. Coordinates propulsion, avionics, structures, mechanisms, GNC, software, manufacturing, mission assurance, integration, and test activities. Supports technical reviews, government milestones, readiness documentation, and development scheduling while maintaining a coherent, scalable, and defensible system baseline.

Owns engineering-centric project execution for the Cyclops solid rocket motor program. Coordinates cross-functional engineering, integration, and test teams; manages schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, technical decisions, configuration, and readiness activities. Partners with program, chief, systems, and mission assurance leadership to maintain technical baseline alignment and delivery velocity. The role also supports integration and testing, contractual milestones, and development of scalable project management processes.

Provides independent safety, reliability, configuration, and mission-readiness oversight for aerospace and missile-defense programs. Leads hazard analyses, risk assessments, readiness reviews, verification evaluations, configuration compliance, supplier risk assessments, and test-readiness activities. Partners with systems engineering, quality, manufacturing, program management, and government customers to assess technical maturity, mitigate risks, and ensure flight-critical systems meet safety and verification requirements.

Own strategic supplier relationships across sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, delivery, performance management, and continuous improvement. Lead supplier evaluations, contracts, scorecards, corrective actions, purchase order execution, risk mitigation, and cost reduction. Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Legal to ensure suppliers meet technical, schedule, quality, compliance, and delivery requirements. Travel up to 25% to supplier sites for assessments, reviews, and issue resolution.

Leads manufacturing and inventory cost accounting, including month-end close, cost and variance analysis, inventory controls, ERP data integrity, labor and overhead rates, budgeting support, audits, and process improvement. Partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and FP&A while developing accounting team members and scaling financial processes.

Perform trajectory and performance analysis for missile defense flight testing. Build/maintain aero, propulsion, and mass models; develop 3-DOF/6-DOF simulations; run Monte Carlo campaigns; produce range safety products and pre/post-flight analysis; support telemetry reduction and cross-team integration with GNC, avionics, and test operations.

Lead and scale multidisciplinary hardware engineering from concept through flight-ready production. Own roadmap, hiring, design reviews, qualification, cross-functional integration, and represent hardware to executives and government partners.

Lead end-to-end development of flight hardware from concept through design, analysis (FEA/CFD/thermal), manufacturing, qualification, and field support. Own CAD/drawing release and configuration, drive DFM/DFA, write/execute test procedures, analyze results, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with propulsion, avionics, GNC, manufacturing, and test teams.

The Test and Operations Engineer leads vehicle and hardware testing, oversees integration, and ensures mission readiness through detailed procedures and operations support.

The Head of GNC will define GNC requirements, develop and validate GNC algorithms, oversee system integration, mentor engineers, and address complex technical challenges in missile defense systems.

As a GNC Engineer, you will design and implement control solutions for flight systems, contributing to the development lifecycle from modeling to testing, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

The Lead Test Engineer will guide the planning, development, and execution of testing for missile defense systems, mentor a team, and ensure rigorous test execution and analysis.

The Fluid Components Engineer will design, develop, and test aerospace components, ensuring they operate under extreme conditions. Responsibilities include mentoring, owning component work from ideation to field support, and ensuring proper environmental performance in designs.

The Sr. Electronics Design Engineer leads the design and development of electrical systems for missile defense, ensuring product reliability and compliance. Responsibilities include architecture design, component selection, and collaboration across teams.

The CNC Machinist role involves supporting manufacturing processes for rocket parts, operating CNC machinery, and maintaining production quality while ensuring safety and efficiency. Candidates will also assist with ancillary operations and train in various manufacturing tasks.

The Sr. CNC Programmer and Machinist will program and machine components for missile defense systems, utilizing Mastercam and Vericut for multi-axis milling. Responsibilities include analyzing designs for manufacturability, mentoring junior staff, and driving process improvements.

Lead the development and commissioning of power conversion systems for missile defense technology, ensuring alignment with business goals and managing vendor relationships.
