Owns engineering-centric execution for the RSX target vehicle development program. Coordinates engineering, integration, and test teams; maintains schedules, resource plans, critical paths, risks, requirements, configurations, and technical dependencies. Partners with program management, chief engineering, systems engineering, and mission assurance to resolve roadblocks, support integration readiness, and maintain technical alignment. The role also helps establish scalable project management processes for future aerospace and defense programs.

Leads technical execution for the Cyclops missile interceptor, owning system architecture, requirements, configuration, verification, and technical baseline. Coordinates multidisciplinary aerospace engineering teams across propulsion, avionics, structures, GNC, software, manufacturing, and integration. Partners with program management and mission assurance, leads technical reviews, resolves design trades, represents technical status to executives and government customers, and establishes scalable engineering governance.

Serves as the ultimate technical authority for the RSX target vehicle product, owning architecture, requirements, configuration, verification, and technical mission success. Leads cross-disciplinary engineering decisions across propulsion, avionics, structures, GNC, software, manufacturing, and integration. Partners with program management, mission assurance, government customers, and executives to manage risks, technical reviews, readiness, and configuration control. Mentors engineering leaders and establishes scalable technical governance.
