Lead wire room operations: receive, verify, stock and pull wire orders, package and load/unload materials, maintain inventory and databases, enforce safety, coach associates, and support leadership.

Lead design, deployment, and support of Microsoft Azure and hybrid infrastructure, identity and endpoint management, cloud security, networking, automation (PowerShell/ IaC), disaster recovery, and governance. Pick, verify, wrap, and stock wire orders; load and unload shipments; update inventory and databases; operate material handling equipment; maintain a clean, safe wire room; follow procedures and provide customer service to internal and external partners.

Process and record customer payments, create and send invoices, maintain customer files, research and follow up on past-due accounts, generate reports, assist with AR reconciliations and month-end revenue reconciliation, and support the Collections Manager and Controller.

Lead strategy and execution to grow institutional and public sector sales. Develop target lists, pursue bids/RFPs, establish repeatable pricing and compliance processes, support operating companies with training and deal execution, build relationships with procurement officials, track pipeline and performance, and report to executive leadership.

Manage company credit risk by evaluating creditworthiness, approving accounts, negotiating payment terms, pursuing collections and liens, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with collection and lien laws while supporting internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Evaluate creditworthiness of individuals and businesses by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and FICO scores; compute financial ratios, prepare loan application documentation and risk reports; recommend approvals or denials, set loan terms, identify delinquent accounts, resolve customer inquiries, and perform related credit-administration tasks.

Provide sales support by processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and managing warranty and service requests. Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams to resolve issues, schedule service or returns, and maintain accurate records. Monitor trends, report recurring issues, and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Provide hands-on, field-based HSE leadership for electrical power system crews: conduct observations and coaching, enforce OSHA/NFPA standards, support JSAs and energized work permitting, investigate incidents, track safety metrics, and collaborate with operations and utility clients to ensure safe, compliant work execution.

Support project managers by planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks, resources, and documentation. Maintain schedules, budgets, and status reports; facilitate stakeholder communications; track risks and issues; assist procurement and QA; organize meetings and follow-ups to ensure projects meet timelines, scope, and standards.

Review, analyze, and negotiate MSAs and contracts; collaborate with sales, legal, and project teams; maintain document control; monitor contract compliance; research regulatory issues in the electrical supply industry; and prepare contract summaries and reports for management.

Perform EBOS material takeoffs and review electrical plan sets for utility-scale solar projects. Calculate quantities/lengths for DC components, maintain Excel BOMs, coordinate with engineering, sales, and procurement, recommend design improvements, and support process/tool improvements and project quoting.

Manage inbound and outbound sales efforts for electrical supply customers: qualify leads, build pipeline, close deals to meet monthly quotas, maintain CRM records, and develop relationships with decision-makers. Provide excellent customer service and support sales manager with assigned duties.
