Supports end-to-end recruiting across multiple business functions, including partnering with hiring managers, managing agency relationships and candidate pipelines, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, tracking recruiting metrics, supporting hiring events, improving recruiting processes, and ensuring compliance throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Supports recruiting, hiring, and onboarding by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, managing job postings and ATS records, preparing offers, coordinating background checks and onboarding paperwork, and maintaining recruiting metrics. Partners with hiring managers and HR, supports hiring events, coordinates interview logistics, ensures hiring-process compliance, and contributes to process improvements and administrative projects.

Owns regional growth across government and institutional markets by prospecting, managing sales pipelines, building relationships, preparing bids and RFP/RFQ responses, leveraging cooperative purchasing contracts, and achieving revenue targets. The role collaborates with sales, project management, and operations teams to deliver awarded business, maintains CRM and forecasting records, and represents the company at industry events. Travel throughout the assigned territory is required 50–75% of the time.
