Fulfills wire orders by receiving, verifying, stocking, pulling, cutting, wrapping, and preparing wire for transport. Supports loading and unloading, maintains accurate inventory records, follows warehouse safety procedures, and keeps the wire room organized. The role requires operating material-handling equipment, communicating effectively with internal and external partners, and working safely in physically demanding warehouse conditions.

Oversee workplace health and safety programs across multiple distribution centers. Conduct multi-site audits, inspections, hazard assessments, OSHA compliance activities, forklift safety checks, employee training, and incident root cause analyses. The role focuses on warehouse, shipping, receiving, material handling, electrical storage, LOTO, and arc flash hazards, with approximately 50% travel across several states.

Sources and qualifies new sales opportunities within an assigned territory, develops customer and partner relationships, identifies client needs, maintains sales pipelines, presents recommendations, manages expectations, and closes deals to achieve monthly quotas. The role requires electrical supply industry sales experience, CRM and business technology proficiency, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.
