Lead wire room operations: receive, verify, stock and pull wire orders, package and load/unload materials, maintain inventory and databases, enforce safety, coach associates, and support leadership.

Lead design, deployment, and support of Microsoft Azure and hybrid infrastructure, identity and endpoint management, cloud security, networking, automation (PowerShell/ IaC), disaster recovery, and governance. Mentor junior staff, manage migrations and tenant consolidations, and serve as escalation for complex infrastructure issues.

Manage inbound and outbound sales to identify, qualify, and close opportunities in assigned territory. Build and maintain prospect database and sales pipeline, meet monthly quotas, and develop relationships with decision-makers while providing excellent customer service.
