Lead development of a Locally Led Urban Development Corporation for Euston: develop and finalise the business case, negotiate with government partners, engage communities and elected members, design governance and funding arrangements, lead statutory consultation and internal decisions, and coordinate establishment tasks (recruitment, resourcing, governance) while managing complex stakeholder interests in a politically sensitive regeneration programme.

Manage and inspect council-owned trees, deliver service level agreements, assess tree risk and defects, specify remedial works, advise stakeholders, perform emergency call-outs, and handle contract, financial and data administration.

Provide transition support to care-experienced young people (16–25), managing a caseload (~21–24), developing Pathway Plans, coordinating partners, advocating for housing/education/employment, conducting home visits, maintaining records, and attending professional meetings to promote independence and positive outcomes.
