Provide clinical education and bedside coaching to staff, design and standardize educational programs, assess clinical performance against standards, support safety and quality initiatives, and serve as a clinical resource to improve patient care.

Assists the department with assigned projects and general administrative duties. Uses MS Office and basic office equipment, communicates professionally, leads and collaborates, manages multiple assignments, and ensures compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

Provides direct and indirect emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ED, rapidly assesses and stabilizes patients, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, performs and documents age-appropriate care, follows standing orders, supervises support staff, and maintains required certifications and competencies for trauma, cardiac, pediatric, and stroke care.

Provide direct and indirect patient-centered nursing care across departments as a flexible float-pool ED surge nurse. Perform assessment, care planning, interventions, evaluation, documentation, delegate to unlicensed staff, troubleshoot equipment, use EMR and Microsoft Office, and adhere to departmental competencies, licensure and certification requirements. Work nights, part-time, and accept reassignments to cover staffing needs.

Provide patient-centered radiographic exams under Radiology Director supervision: prepare patients and equipment, perform imaging per protocols, troubleshoot patient-care equipment, document procedures, and communicate with patients and clinical team.

Provide clinical education and coaching at the bedside to implement evidence-based practice, safety and quality initiatives. Assess staff learning needs, plan and deliver standardized educational programs, collaborate with management and educators, maintain clinical expertise, and serve as a clinical resource to improve performance and patient care.

Collects, measures, enters, and retrieves laboratory and clinical data for human and small-animal research. Completes study forms, maintains equipment, follows training/certification requirements, and supports research team tasks under supervision.

Oversee and coordinate implementation and management of investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored clinical trials, including patient screening, recruitment, exams, investigational drug administration, data collection, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Serve as lead resource for investigators and clinical staff and manage project priorities under PI supervision.

Leads a specialized research program, directs research associates/assistants, manages multiple assignments, maintains regulatory and quality compliance, communicates with stakeholders, and performs related duties. Requires MD or PhD and at least four years research experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Perform advanced CT imaging including TAVR CTA and 3-D post-processing for adults, triage patients and exams, support lower-level staff and students, ensure radiation safety and compliance, operate and troubleshoot CT scanners, and provide high-quality diagnostic images.

Supports operations of specialty clinics and registration: coordinates administrative functions, meetings, agendas, and presentations; assists accounting and other departments; handles confidential tasks; uses EMR and clinic front/back-office practices; completes required certifications.

Provide inpatient and/or outpatient nutritional assessments and reassessments, implement nutrition interventions, deliver patient and family education, mentor dietetic technicians, and precept dietetic students. May work across inpatient and clinic settings and must document and manage patient nutrition care.

Perform advanced FP&A analysis, forecast business and economic conditions, prepare recommendations and presentations for leadership, lead projects, identify financial improvement initiatives, extract and analyze data from multiple systems, and provide expert financial advice to maximize FP&A effectiveness.

Performs inpatient and outpatient nutritional assessments and reassessments, implements individualized interventions, provides specialized patient and family nutrition education, leads group classes, mentors dietetic staff and students, and consults with clinical teams to improve patient nutritional outcomes.

Coordinate and support clinical research activities including screening, recruitment, consent for non-interventional studies, specimen collection, vital signs and diagnostic tests per protocol, medical record review, data entry, study documentation, and maintaining regulatory and safety compliance.

Provides nursing-focused case management in a high-acuity academic medical center: assesses, plans, implements and evaluates interdisciplinary discharge plans, ensures medical necessity, coordinates utilization review, and supports quality and Magnet nursing standards.

Performs basic ophthalmic diagnostic testing (visual acuity, tonometry, keratometry, lensometry, visual fields, IOL Master), prepares patients and histories, assists with minor procedures and injections, transcribes chart notes, and supports ophthalmologists in clinical tasks.

Coordinate complete patient registration across reimbursement types; verify eligibility and benefits for physician and hospital services; enter demographics and billing data; initiate and document authorizations and correspondence; troubleshoot office equipment and perform other duties as needed.
