Teams at Loma Linda

Serve as infection control liaison across multiple hospital campuses, perform surveillance, data analysis, reporting, education, policy development, and point-of-care rounding to ensure regulatory compliance and evidence-based infection prevention practices.

Performs telephone and web checks with payers to verify claim status, identify missing information, remove payment barriers, secure payment dates, follow up on outstanding items, escalate when needed, and develop payer-specific collection strategies to ensure timely hospital billing payments.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational performance, patient flow, and service excellence. Analyze data, perform root cause analysis, scope and manage projects end-to-end, engage stakeholders, implement process changes, and monitor post-implementation outcomes. Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to deliver sustainable improvements.
