Design, prototype, test, and industrialize electromechanical and cleaning-specific systems for a commercial cleaning robot, lead HIL testing, and support manufacturing for mid-volume production.

Design and implement full-stack robotics software from low-level drivers and behavior trees to telemetry ingestion, fleet tooling, CI/CD, and autonomy pipelines (mapping, localization, navigation). Build test frameworks, debugging, and developer tooling to ensure reliability and maintainability across embedded platforms.

Build and operate backend and customer-facing applications for a robot fleet: telemetry ingestion, command APIs, mission control/dashboard, internal operator tooling, staging and deployment automation, and observability improvements.

Build and maintain the onboard robot platform: tune Linux (PREEMPT_RT, cgroups), ensure deterministic driver communication (UDP/TCP, CAN, serial), design CI/CD and secure OTA for multi-arch builds, integrate hardware and software, and establish testing and engineering practices for reliability and troubleshooting.

Own new business acquisition and strategic account management for enterprise customers. Drive account expansion, oversee onboarding and success, gather customer feedback for product and engineering, and lead customer discovery and integration efforts in a startup robotics/SaaS environment.

Build and run continuous testing processes for a robotics fleet. Design test rigs and mock environments, lead robot operators, create feedback loops between testing and R&D, debug hardware/software issues, and oversee release testing for hardware and software.

Build and operate ML infrastructure including tiered data processing from ingestion to versioned training datasets, provision and manage containerized cloud GPU training, deploy models to cloud and edge, and create internal tooling for data quality and evaluation to ensure safe production deployments.
